We require and collect personal identification information from our customers for the purpose of processing their orders or sending information they have requested or expressed an interest in. We do not sell, loan or rent any information we collect including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc. We may use this information to contact the customer for order clarification or confirmation but we will not use it for further marketing UNELSS the customer specifically requests to be put on any marketing update list. Again, this information is for our use only and is not shared with any other companies or individuals other than financial institutions (required for order processing) and law enforcement agencies (in cases of suspected fraud.)
Return Policy
Unless a clear production error has been made by an employee or contractor of Promotion Sales that is in obvious conflict with the specifications provided on the confirmed production order, no returns of decorated merchandise will be accepted. Promotions Sales retains the sole and complete discretion to authorize (or refuse to authorize) the return of any product purchased by customer. ANY AND ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY RPOMOTION SALES. THIS PRE-AUTHORIZATION IS ONLY COMPLETE UPON PROVISION OF A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS!
